What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies are small pieces of information a browser stores for a website. Local storage is a separate browser feature that can remember a setting across visits. Both can be removed through your browser’s site-data settings.
Our homepage intro preference
The homepage stores a local-storage entry called x9media.introSeen, with the value 1, after the first automatic intro. This remembers that the intro has already been offered, so it does not interrupt repeat visits. It is not an advertising identifier and does not contain your name or email address. It remains until you clear site data or your browser removes it. Clearing it allows the intro to play again. If browser storage is unavailable, the automatic intro is skipped.
WordPress and site operation
WordPress can use cookies for signed-in users to maintain login sessions and administration preferences. These are separate from the experience of visitors who are not signed in. Hosting and security services may process connection information to deliver and protect the website.
Bookings and newsletter services
Our audit booking page embeds Calendly. Loading or interacting with the scheduler connects your browser to Calendly, which may use its own cookies and storage. The newsletter uses Zoho Campaigns to handle subscriptions. The storage used by third-party services can depend on your interaction and their settings.
Review the relevant providers’ notices and any choices presented in their interfaces before submitting details. You can contact hello@x9media.io instead of using the embedded scheduler or newsletter form.
External assets and links
Some page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. A request for a third-party resource can disclose technical connection information even where no cookie is stored. Following our social links takes you to platforms that apply their own privacy and cookie notices.
Your choices
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Restricting storage can affect sign-in or embedded-service functionality. Browser controls are not the same as a website consent mechanism: this notice does not itself obtain consent or disable third-party tracking.
